It is all Fireworks all the Time

MY WEEK

So I have had a pretty fun week and took a bunch of pictures (mainly cause I have a digital camera to use now) So I thought I would tell a little story in pictures.

July 3rd after Homegroup, at which 3 of us attended. I met up with Bridget after work. Joshua Horky joined us. This was an interesting opportunity to talk about the differences between "wet" and "Dry" senses of humor.

And though I was very intent on watching the fireworks. Bridget and Joshua had some interesting conversation. Though not as interesting as earlier where I taught him of the beauty of power ballads.

On July 4th I had a pretty relaxing day. I took the Cerveny boys to the park. We went to the waterfront park in silverdale... and the boys played on the beach. Unfortunately I forgot my camera in the car.
But we did come back to the house and play more so Momma Myra could take a nap after being on call all night. We....

Played in the dirt... and ....

Played in the boat...we wont talk about the peeing on the sprinkler...and.......

Swung on the swings. With Isaac, otto, and Ezra.

We Played inside too...Otto tried his hand at a little photography.
Then we had a BBQ at the Cervenys.....

Tracy was there....
So was Brett..so were Serena, Kristy, and Joshua...but my camera batteries died before I got pictures of them.
But not before...cute little olivia went down the slide....

so cute.

July 5th the Kids at school and I went on a field trip to Fort Warden in Port Townsend (one of my favorite places ever)
I spent a lot of time with this little girl on crutches who was determined to keep up with all the other kids the entire time.
The Kids had a blast running through these dark stinky barracks (spelling?) finding all the dark stinky secret passage ways.

We ran on the sandy beaches.....

Dug holes and made pools in the sand...they found some fish and made a little home for them... until one of the less functional children ate the fish alive.
From behind one must wonder what these silly children are doing....
From the front you can see that this motley crew was burrying their feet in the sand, hoping to get stuck, trying to keep from having to leave.
All in all we had a great time....
Fort Warden is so pretty I think I will go back this weekend.
But tomorrow we go swimming... It is a tough job... but somebody's gotta do it.
